Co je to vlastn\u011b ta Emoce? Emoce je energie, je to reakce kter\u00e1 se vytvo\u0159\u00ed, kdy\u017e sv\u00fdmi smysly zachyt\u00edme n\u011bjakou ud\u00e1lost a pro\u017eijeme ji v\u011bdom\u011b nebo podv\u011bdom\u011b. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd reflex boje a \u00fat\u011bku. Naprogramujeme se jako po\u010d\u00edta\u010d a tyto reakce pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me k manipulaci s okol\u00edm i se sebou sam\u00fdm. M\u00e1me omluvenku a n\u00e1stroj k manipulaci s okol\u00edm.<br><br>N\u011bkdy sta\u010d\u00ed jen jedin\u00e9 slovo, abychom se dostali do stresu. Kdy\u017e se doma d\u00edt\u011bte zept\u00e1te: &#8222;U\u017e jsi napsal ten dom\u00e1c\u00ed \u00fakol?&#8220; nebo &#8222;Jak dopadla ta p\u00edsemka?&#8220; Kdy\u017e budete l\u00e9pe sv\u00e9 d\u011bti pozorovat, zjist\u00edte, co se v\u0161echno s d\u00edt\u011btem d\u011bje, kdy\u017e jen zaslechnou slovo &#8222;\u00fakol&#8220; nebo &#8222;p\u00edsemka&#8220;. V t\u011ble se naru\u0161\u00ed rovnov\u00e1ha, vznik\u00e1 stres, m\u011bn\u00ed se n\u00e1lada z vte\u0159iny na vte\u0159inu, m\u016f\u017ee se dostavit apatie, \u00fanava a lhostejnost.
