Asi po 15 nadechnut\u00edch a vydechnut\u00edch za\u010dneme d\u00fdchat op\u011bt norn\u00e1ln\u011b a za\u010dnene si p\u0159edstavovat jak pulzuj\u00edc\u00ed zlat\u00e1 energie proud\u00ed z oblasti p\u00e1nve rotuj\u00edc do hlavy, rukou, nohou, jednotliv\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f a v\u0161ude kde je to t\u0159eba.
